As a therapist, I bring a deeply empathetic and relationship-centered approach to the work I do. I believe meaningful change happens within the safety of a genuine connection, so I prioritize building trust, understanding, and collaboration with each client. My style is warm and encouraging, offering both compassion and gentle challenge when needed. I am motivated by the belief that growth is always possible, and I strive to help clients recognize their strengths, clarify their values, and move toward lasting, meaningful change with confidence and hope.
In our first session, you can expect a warm, welcoming space where you don’t have to have everything figured out. My priority is helping you feel comfortable and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know what brings you to therapy, what you’ve been carrying, and what you’re hoping might feel different in your life. I’ll ask thoughtful questions to better understand your history, relationships, and current stressors, but there’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready to. This first meeting is also an opportunity for you to get a feel for me—how I work, how I show up, and whether the connection feels like a good fit. Together, we’ll begin identifying goals and outlining what meaningful progress might look like for you. Most importantly, you can expect empathy, collaboration, and a steady presence as we begin this work.
One of my greatest strengths as a therapist is my ability to build genuine, trusting relationships. I create a space where clients feel seen, heard, and respected, which allows deeper work to unfold naturally. My empathetic presence helps clients feel safe enough to explore vulnerable thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. I am also highly attuned to relational dynamics and patterns, helping clients recognize how past experiences and current relationships shape their emotional world. I balance warmth with thoughtful challenge—offering encouragement and support while gently guiding clients toward growth and accountability. My approach is both compassionate and motivating, empowering clients to strengthen their confidence, develop healthier boundaries, and move toward lasting, meaningful change.
I am best positioned to serve individuals who are ready to look inward and do meaningful work, even if they feel unsure about where to begin. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, relationship stress, family dynamics, life transitions, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I work especially well with those who value connection and want to better understand themselves within the context of their relationships.

She understands my situation and offers advice and thoughts that makes sense. Sometimes when you are going through a difficult situation, it's easy to get lost and scared and it becomes hard to think and know what to do next. The insights she shared were very relevant to what was happening to me and helps me understand what was going on and why i am reacting a certain way. This helps me a lot to get through my challenges.
