Welcome! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with a passion for supporting individuals on their journey toward healing and self-discovery. I received my Masters from Nova Southeastern University and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults of all ages who are motivated to seek change or facing major life challenges or transitions, psychological difficulties or interpersonal conflicts.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will get to know one another, discuss the specific challenges you are facing, and create a tailored treatment plan to address your needs. I offer early morning appointments on weekdays, as well as Saturday appointments to accommodate clients' busy work schedules.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I work with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are struggling with trauma and stressor-related disorders, anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, relationship conflicts and difficult life transitions. My greatest strength as a mental health counselor is my genuine commitment to supporting my clients on their journey toward healing, growth, and self-discovery.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in my practice to help clients learn how to identify and change destructive thought patterns that have a negative influence on their behavior and emotions. Through CBT, faulty thoughts are identified, challenged, and replaced with more objective, realistic thoughts.

Person-centered (Rogerian)

I use Person-Centered Therapy in my practice to facilitate clients’ self-discovery and self-acceptance, and provide a means of healing and positive growth.

Psychodynamic

I use a psychodynamic approach when processing adverse childhood experiences or trauma, helping clients gain a better understanding of how their subconscious thoughts, feelings, and memories are affecting their current behavior.
