I can assist you with learning how to make the changes you feel need to be made. Filled with compassion, I look forward to helping you create the life that you deserve.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that each person is unique, resilient, and has an intrinsic ability to heal. As part of being human, we learn that life is complex, painful and joyful, and intrapersonal growth can be difficult. I listen to and honor the uniqueness of each person, pace, and process with the intent of creating an empowering space that honors each person’s journey toward harmony.
