I am a licensed clinical social worker (since 1990) and health coach in Arizona. I help people to make small changes over time that add up to a happier, healthier, more fullfilling life. My own life experiences have included inherited trauma; infertility and adoption; parenting a high need child; homeschooling; and working in community mental health, private practice, foster care, schools, and home healthcare.

In the first session we will explore multiple aspects of your current life to create a plan for our work together.

Having worked with a people from ages 3-90 from a wide variety of backgrounds and circumstances, I am non-judgemental, down-to-earth, and supportive. I will validate your feelings, and gently encourage you towards healthier behaviors, always giving you the choice to make changes when and if they feel right for you.
