After over 20 years of experience working with clients, I have come to view myself as my clients' guide through the emotional landscape of their lives. I am dedicated to providing my clients with a comfortable, safe, non-judgmental, therapeutic environment in which they can explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Together we form a partnership to determine the direction required for a client's healing, healthy emotional growth, and successful life functioning. Client's value my down to earth and easy to talk to style, free of intimidation and judgment. I specialize in working with clients eighteen years and older. I am a generalist in my practice and use an eclectic approach to provide clients with a customized therapeutic experience. I have worked with clients on a variety of issues such as anxiety, depression, ADD, bipolar disorder, life transitions, PTSD, etc. In addition to being a licensed professional counselor, I’m also a creative, forward-thinking, open-minded person. I enjoy pilates & creating custom beaded jewelry in my free time, as well as many other activities in the artistic realm. I will respond to all inquiries within 48 hours. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions. Then, if you're in agreement, we'll dive into the specific challenges you're currently facing. This will help us to create a customized treatment plan for us to work through in future sessions.

I am a generalist and use an eclectic approach to working with my clients. I have used cognitive behavioral therapy, humanistic and client centered.

I am able to connect with clients in a deep and meaningful way quickly. I also am able join with them, where they are, on their level so that we can forge a therapeutic relationship together.
