Every client’s journey is unique, and my goal is to provide a safe, supportive, and personalized space for healing. Here’s what you can expect when working with me: ✔ Gather general information and discuss your health history ✔ Explore troubling symptoms and current life stressors ✔ Review therapy guidelines and expectations ✔ Begin outlining therapy goals tailored to your needs The Intake session also allows us to get to know each other and determine if we are a good fit. If we find that another therapist or specialist would better meet your needs, I will gladly provide a referral.

Trauma Informed Care

I utilize a range of trauma-informed therapeutic modalities to support clients in their healing journey, including Brainspotting Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Motivational Interviewing, Person-Centered Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT Tapping), EMDR Therapy, and Nature Therapy. These approaches work synergistically to help clients process unresolved emotions, improve emotional regulation, and build resilience. Emotional pain—whether rooted in trauma, loss, or chronic stress—can profoundly shape how we see the world and relate to others. These experiences often lead to distressing symptoms such as anxiety, depression, or panic attacks. Through our work together, my goal is to help clients make sense of these emotions, restore a sense of balance, and self-empowerment using evidence-based strategies.
