Do you suffer from depression, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, or feelings of distress without knowing why? I specialize in providing individualized care to adolescents and Women under 59 by promoting self-awareness, implementing lifestyle adjustments, and medication management (if needed). I strive for optimal health by asking about your mental health history, lifestyle, habits, and goals. As I actively listen to your story, I take a collaborative approach to develop a specialized treatment plan combining conventional and integrative practices to address your goal so you can live an emotionally and physically balanced lifestyle. My goal is to discover the root of the issue by considering your multidimensional aspects. With personalized care, I am confident that your overall mental well-being will be restored, and you will attain the life you deserve with mental balance.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

During our initial session, I aim to understand your emotional and mental health better. My goal is to create a secure, comforting, and supportive session where you can freely share your concerns, experiences, and any symptoms you may be experiencing.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I strive to individualize care by utilizing reliable mental health and behavioral health professional assessment and diagnostic tools. Through a comprehensive initial evaluation, which includes a detailed review of psychiatric, medical, and lifestyle factors, I request vital signs and medical records and collaborate with the patient's Primary Care Physician (PCP) or specialist (with the patient's permission) if needed. Additionally, I conduct assessments of everyday wellness and provide supportive therapy. I may also recommend Pharmacogenetic (PGx) Testing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My strength is helping you make that transformation to living a better-balanced lifestyle. As your provider, I consider environmental, childhood experiences, lifestyle habits, and dietary factors that could impact your mental and physical health. I prefer conventional and integrative approaches, including natural, non-invasive, safe, and nutritional psychiatry. Although I am not a nutritionist, I often emphasize the connection between nutrition and mental health. I explore the whole person and look for underlying causes to help manage mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety, insomnia, mood disorder, and executive dysfunction disorders. Furthermore, I emphasize the importance of having a positive attitude and suggest supportive protocols that may include regular exercise, balanced nutrition, mindful eating, and nutritional support.
