I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Flordia who is passionate about helping clients to reclaim their power and find not only a deeper connection and understanding of themselves but to create deeper and more meaningful connections with the world around them. I am here to help you create a toolbox of skills to manage all of life's twists and turns with trust and confidence in your ability to heal. YOU ARE RESILIENT! I am also a 200-hour certified yoga teacher as well as a spin instructor and I believe in the power of movement as a powerful healing modality.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In your first session with me I will take extra time and care to get to know you and your story. I want to ensure that I am the right therapist for you and I will guide the session to give you time and space to express your needs and goals. Don't worry about coming with all the answers! I create a safe space for clients to also ask me any questions about my experience and background so that you can feel comfortable with my style and approach.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

We will use a combination of modalities in therapy. I am passionate about Narrative Therapy, CBT, DBT, and somatic therapy and I work from a strengths-based perspective!

I have experience working with clients struggling with addictions, eating disorders, anxiety and depression.
