I’m happy you’ve taken the first step to feel better. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist, with 15 years of experience in counseling. One of my passions is helping clients gain their lives back and feel relief from their symptoms. First session

In our first session together, we will talk about what brings you to therapy and what’s your goals for therapy are and we will discuss and agree on treatment tools, skills to work on and a plan to move forward.

I work best with clients that struggle with past and present traumas in their lives, that want to learn skills to control their thoughts and feelings, and relax their bodies.

I use cognitive behavior therapy as one of my main treatment modalities to target negative thoughts, intrusive, thoughts, and ruminating thoughts.

EMDR

I use EMDR which stands for eye movement, desensitization and reprocessing, to target traumatic memories.

Supportive

I use supportive therapy as a main focus therapy to support the individual client in what ever their struggles might be.
