Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I received my Masters from Wayland Baptist University and have been practicing for 2 years. I help children, teens, and adults with a variety of issues. I specialize in helping bariatric patients before and after weight loss surgery. In my free time, you will find me crafting or playing video games while simultaneously listening to audiobooks or hanging out with my family.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the first session, we will take time to get to know one another. Then we will discuss what lead you to seek counseling and what you hope to gain from coming. This will help me to develop a treatment plan to guide our work together.

After working with patients over the last few years, I have been able to create a plan that sets patients up for success in their weight loss surgery journey. I have also been able to incorporate an amazing curriculum to help children and teens learn to identify their emotions and be able to learn to cope with anxiety.
