My therapeutic approach starts with building a strong relationship with the client in order to help identify these patterns to create lasting change.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

I take a person-centered therapy approach. Based off of your needs, I aid with developing a treatment plan, and start off with education on their diagnosis and the associated symptoms, aiding them with developing insight and decreasing any possible stigmas regarding mental health. I enjoy using mindfulness and meditation while I teach immediate coping skills to improve emotional regulation.

I am passionate about my work and take pride in building a strong foundation of trust and rapport with the clients I serve. My greatest strengths include my ability to create a safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings freely. I believe in access to mental health regardless of ability to meet fee for services, no client will be turned away due to payment issues.
