Hi! I am a certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner based in Texas. I received my Master's in Nursing Education from the University of Phoenix in 2010 and I received post master's degree in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from Herzing University in 2022. I have been a registered nurse for 36 years and have been working as PMHNP for more than a year. I help all age groups from 5 years to 100 years who are struggling with mental health problems.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In the initial visit, we will start with brief introductions, then drive into the specific challenge you are facing. This will help me to treat effectively through follow-up sessions. All new patients must complete all consents and assessments before treatment. **I want to clarify that I DO NOT prescribe or manage controlled substances such as benzos, stimulants, hypnotics, etc. My treatment approach focuses on alternative methods to ensure your well-being and safety. If you have any questions or concerns about the treatment options available, please don't hesitate to discuss them with me. Your health and comfort are my top priorities, and I am committed to finding the most suitable and effective solutions for your mental health needs.**

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with many people for the past couple of years, I have developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan and treatment that leads to measurable progress.
