Hi! I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor based in Florida and a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) who can provide telehealth in Georgia. I received my Masters degree from Webster University and have practiced for over 10 years. As a therapist, I approach counseling believing that each individual is unique and deserving of support. In our first session, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into your specific challenges. This will us create a individualized plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. In my therapeutic approach, I focus on helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves while providing unconditional positive regard. Together, we will set goals, explore thoughts, feelings, emotions, and behaviors, and work collaboratively toward achieving your desired outcomes.
