I am an LMHC specializing in trauma, PTSD, Personality Disorders, anxiety and depression. I use a multi-modal approach to therapy incorporating client strengths as part of the treatment. Whether you enjoy art, music, writing, or experiential activities, I incorporate it all. I understand how scary it may be to seek therapy, however, I applaud you for taking the first step in realizing that there is help available and acknowledging your need to accept the help.
