Hello, I'm Kim. Are you looking for ways to build a life worth living? I am happy and privileged to be a part of your journey for change. I have a passion for helping clients find an emotional balance and happiness in their lives. I will work with you to reach your goals through an open-minded and caring alliance. I work with you to help you build a life worth living, guiding you to the goals and contentment you seek. We will work together in a supportive environment on this journey toward change. I believe in helping clients find ways to jumpstart their change in a goal-oriented manner. Clients and I work together to set goals that help them move forward. Using cognitive-behavioral therapy and other counseling methods, I will help you find the path for change that works for you in an understanding and caring environment. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, depression, life changes, or relationship issues, I would be honored to help you discover a path to healing. Congratulations on taking the first step toward therapy and a happier future.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am very experienced in helping with anxiety and panic attacks. I have a goal-oriented approach to changing thoughts that lead to anxiety, which does include using exposure therapy for anxiety triggers. I work with clients dealing with life stress or life changes by using a step by step, goal-oriented approach. I have worked with many clients that need help with self esteem issues and relationship issues.
