LCSW, 3 years of experience
New to Grow
I help adolescents and young adults navigate life’s challenges, from healing trauma to finding their place in the world. With over five years of experience working with youth and families, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to balance school, relationships, and personal struggles. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow.
You can expect a space where you can just be yourself. No pressure, no judgment. We can work through the hard stuff together, build tools that actually make sense for your life, and help you feel more in control, more grounded, and more you again.
I use evidence-based approaches like Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to help support clients in navigating pain while building resilience, meaning, and hope.
I am best positioned to serve teens and young adults who are navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, or major life transitions. I especially support those who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain but are ready to explore new ways of coping and building resilience. My clients often want a safe space to process their experiences, strengthen their sense of self, and create meaningful change in their lives.
I use TF-CBT because it provides effective, evidence-based tools to help clients process and heal from trauma in a safe and structured manner. It supports building resilience while reducing trauma-related symptoms and fostering hope for the future.
I use Motivational Interviewing to help clients explore their own values and motivations for change in a supportive, non-judgmental way. It empowers individuals to take ownership of their growth, which strengthens long-term progress. My goal is to help in navigating pain while building resilience, meaning, and hope.
