In the first session and throughout therapy, I strive to help you feel understood, accepted and supported. In the first session, we will explore the concerns that brought you to therapy as well as what you want to get out of therapy. Then moving forward, I will help you process what's happening, gain clarity and offer practical skills, strategies and knowledge that you can take away from sessions and use to address your current challenges and make positive changes.

As a Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional, I provide specialized strategies to guide you toward relief and lasting change. I offer support and targeted knowledge and skills, so you can better navigate your emotions (including general anxiety, social anxiety, worry, "overthinking", or panic attacks) as well as current life stressors and feel more confident and capable. I’m passionate about helping people break free from suffering, and I believe change is possible. You don’t have to stay stuck in anxiety or self-doubt—let’s work together toward greater emotional well-being.

My client's often feel stuck, anxious or worried. Perhaps exhausted and on edge, lacking confidence and finding it hard to be present for what matters most because of anxiety or worry. My primary approach to therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. With CBT, you gain knowledge & skills, learn strategies and get to practice different ways of thinking & reacting to situations that bring relief to negative thoughts, soothe painful emotions and help you feel more capable of handling whatever problems or stressors you may face, including difficult feelings of anxiety, worry or depression.
