Hello I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) based in Florida. I am also a Qualified Supervisor for LMHC Licensure. I received my Master of Science degree in Psychology from Valdosta State University and have served as a therapist for 18 years. I have worked with a variety of clients with a plethora of challenges. My goal is always to assist my clients in making the improvements necessary to improve their quality of life.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, I would start with introductions and discussing reasons for seeking treatment as well as hopes/goals for the process. This will provide me with the information needed to create a plan for our sessions moving forward.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My years of experience in this field have provided me with the ability to create great working relationships with my clients and creating a great balance with providing empathy, working to identify root causes and being solution focused.
