Hello, my name is Dr. Jungsten and I am a Doctor of Behavioral Health, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. My desire is to help you become your best self. I promise to give my clients the space to create the vision they want to see for their lives. My goal is to partner with my clients and assist them as they navigate through their current struggles. I treat a number of mental health challenges and provide a neutral ground for couples and a safe space for all. I have a unique niche that combines my counseling and coaching background.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We are building rapport first. I am trying to get a sense of what you want out of therapy. It is important to identify goals and give you an idea of what to expect out of treatment. This is also a time for you to ask questions of me. This is a collaborative relationship!

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I connect with people well. I make them feel comfortable. I am honest and will challenge you without making you feel pushed or rushed. Because I am also a coach, I know how to guide others to where they want to go. I also insert humor when appropriate because after all laughter is a great stress reliever:)
