Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I have been practicing in the field for 17 years. I help adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and stress become the best versions of themselves. I have practiced in hospitals, schools and community mental health and have experience in various therapeutic modalities however I enjoy utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and Narrative therapy because I believe that these provide efficient results.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. I am willing to go into the past if you think that this will be beneficial to your overall growth as well. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked with children as young as 4yrs old and up to adults in later life, I am well positioned to support and assist you with tools to help you identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their careers, life or some aspect of their relationships.
