Courtney is the best I feel so lucky that I found her on my first try with therapy. She is so insightful and knowledgeable and helpful but also just extremely easy to talk to which makes opening up about difficult things easier. I feel that I’ve had multiple breakthroughs in a short period thanks to her. I really look forward to my sessions with her and I know that they will make a difference. There are times where I feel like with what’s weighing on me I might have a difficult time opening up about it or having a constructive conversation about it but within the first few minutes of every session she’s able to ease my mind and get to the root of what’s going on. I am so grateful for her.
