I believe that there's a you that you have yet to discover. My approach is individualized and based on holistic principles; spiritual, mental and physical. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and visual aids to assist me in addressing various therapeutic challenges i.e. Anxiety, Depression, Identity Crisis, Grief, and Trauma. I specialize in kindness and authenticity, understanding that no 2 people are alike. We all have a story, but sometimes we're only comfortable sharing the good parts. I believe that in order to make necessary and sustainable changes, renewing and transforming the way the mind sees the world is pivotal. Many of us use avoidance as a way to cope with life's challenges, but I've come to learn that while you can move thousands of miles away to escape a problem physically its only until you evacuate the internal turmoil that real change can begin. We're not fooling anyone but ourselves. Trust me, I've tired it before too.
