Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Texas. I received my Masters from the University of Texas at Arlington (Go Mavs!) and have been practicing for 2 years. I help adults and teens navigate the challenging terrain of anxiety and depression to discover the best versions of themselves. Together, we'll turn your struggles into strengths, and your dreams into reality.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing this helps me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions. We will also foster a genuine connection where you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. Together, we'll embark on a journey of self-discovery and growth, where every step forward is a victory worth celebrating.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I am a compassionate and dedicated therapist specializing in helping teens and young adults in various settings for over 7 years. With years of experience and a deep understanding of the unique struggles facing young minds today, I'm here to offer a safe space to explore feelings, challenge negative thoughts, and discover the resilience within.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

CBT involves identifying and challenging negative or irrational thoughts and beliefs that contribute to distressing emotions or problematic behaviors. I have used CBT with my clients for two years to examine evidence for and against these thoughts to change their thinking patterns, helping them develop more balanced and adaptive ways of thinking. This is accomplished by using activities I provide to my clients during and outside of session.
