I'm an LMFT based in California. I did my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology at Cal Baptist in Riverside, CA and have been practicing for 8 years. I help adults experiencing life changes and discontent in life to become the best versions of themselves. I use empathy, compassion, and respect in every session and hope to make clients feel comfortable and welcomed, and free to be themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

We will get to know each other and establish trust and a sense of ease and comfort in session. Then examine the specific challenges you're facing, goals you’d like to form, and create a tailored plan for us to work through. I start slow with goals to immediately make an impact in your daily life. In time, past hurts or trauma or grief will be welcomed to be addressed later once trust and a groove are established.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

In my 8 years as a therapist, I’ve seen major changes in our country, as we all have. Therapy has certainly changed, at least for me. I have opened therapy up for not only personal goals and growth, but also sharing worries about what is on the news, what’s going on in other countries, protests, Pride events, political worries, court rulings, etc. In these present days, a lot of people need a safe confidential place to share their worries and hopes about current events. I create coping skills and homework to help people navigate “in the wild” between sessions.
