Hello and welcome! My name is JC and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in Southern California. I am currently a Marriage and Family Therapy Ph.D. candidate specializing in Medical Family Therapy at Northcentral University. I obtained my Masters in Counseling Psychology from Argosy University, Orange County. I operate from a combination of Patient-Centered approach to therapy wherein I meet my patients where they are at while implementing a Biopsychosocial approach that allows me to gain a better understanding of my patients' presenting concerns.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

Initial sessions are where my patients and I are establish therapeutic rapport. During this time, my patients have the opportunity to share what either prompted them to seek therapy or what led to their return to therapy, explore what goals they want their individualized therapy session to focus on and how I can support my patients in attaining their goals.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Since 2016, I have provided a number of specialized therapeutic services to those dealing with life’s most complex and difficult matters. Patient well-being is my number one priority. I provide unparalleled psychotherapy catered to each of my patients' specific needs. I commend you for having the strength to reach out for help as it is not always easy. Together we will work through your unique situation so that you can attain your therapy goals and find the best in yourself.
