From a very young age, I always knew I wanted to help people; at some point, I even wanted to end world hunger. Seeing people in pain or despair is something I dislike, which is why I do what I do. But this process is a collaboration, and together we can identify your inner conflict and help you walk through to the other side of pain where you can find your joy and passion again.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

the first session is a collaborative process, and you are encouraged to ask questions, express your needs, and I will provide feedback to ensure our relationship is a good fit. i

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe that learning and growth are essential, and although I have been a licensed therapist for 20 years, I have continued to learn and expand my knowledge base. The value of our relationship is essential, and I want you to experience feeling seen and heard. it’s not an easy journey. This journey is a continuous growth process and a daily choice to reclaim your life and destiny. The reward is so great that you keep pushing yourself, I’m not here to fix or save you. I’m here to help you by building a connection with you.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I’ve been using CBT in my practice for the past twenty years. It’s helped dozens of clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. We’ll use CBT to recognize how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors influence each other. We’ll then use that knowledge to change your thinking patterns, which will help you lead a less anxious and stressed life.

Forensic Psychology

I have been working with clients who are involved in high conflict divorce, for the past 7 years.

Eclectic

In the context of mental health, an eclectic therapist may integrate elements from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, humanistic therapy, and other therapeutic approaches. This flexibility allows therapists to adapt their interventions based on the client's unique situation, preferences, and the nature of their mental health concerns. I have been using eclectic therapy to provide a comprehensive and personalized treatment experience. I use a combination of behavioral interventions, exploration of underlying emotions and thoughts, mindfulness techniques, strategic life coaching techniques and more, depending on what is deemed most beneficial for my client.
