Hi! I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Owner of Safe Haven Therapy Services. My goal is to provide you with hope, aspiration, a voice, empowerment, and nurture as you navigate the experiences of life. I use a warm, nonjudgmental, compassionate, empathetic, and client-centered approach in order to help you regulate how you make choices, how you relate to those around you, and how you handle stress.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session, we will start with brief introductions, and then we will discuss the specific challenges that led you to therapy. This will help me create a tailored plan for us eot work through in the sessions following.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.
