Hi, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor that graduated from Mercer University in Atlanta, Ga. I have 11 years of experience and I enjoy working with clients who are looking for an alternative approach to health and wellness. I have a certification in Somatic Experiencing which is a mind/body approach to healing trauma such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other symptoms.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our session we I will get to know your concerns and goals for therapy. I am curious if you have done counseling before. If so, I would like to know what modality you think the therapist was trained in and what positive tools you have.

My greatest strengths is carefully and compassionately listening to a clients goals and then collaborating with them to achieve those goals.
