To prepare for our first session together, you can come with an open mind and give yourself permission to challenge and change longstanding beliefs about yourself and your world. I encourage you to think about some of the things you'd like to work on in therapy and some things you believe is really important for me to know as we begin working together.

Having worked with adults in all stages of life for several years, I pride myself in being an empathetic listener while helping clients identify the root cause of challenges through the creation of tailored treatment plans that lead to measurable progress.
