What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will take time for introductions followed by the intake interview and appropriate screening assessments as needed. We will then craft a plan that will be used as our guide for subsequent sessions.

My greatest strength is helping the client/patient to feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable in seeking care.
