I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have extensive experience working with teens and adults at both the outpatient and inpatient level of care. Using exercise in mental health treatment is my specialty. I feel that any type of exercise can have a significant positive impact on depression, anxiety, eating disorder, addictions, cognitive functioning, and more. I strongly encourage my client to stay motivated in exercising as I feel the body and mind are connected and treating the whole person will lead to improved quality of life.
