I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 10 years of experience in the field. I have extensive experience working with teens and adults at both the outpatient and inpatient level of care. I provide support and guidance to individuals who deal with issues such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, body image issues and relationship problems. My style is warm, interactive, flexible, and collaborative. My approach is tailored to the individual, which I believe is vital to providing the best care. Together, we can work to achieve personalized goals and find positive coping strategies. Understanding these patterns and changing them can lead to a real and lasting improvement in life satisfaction.
I relate and maintain a safe environment for you to process your feelings and experiences as well as learn new coping skills to better function in life. I have a great deal of empathy and compassion for my clients and their healing process.

Using exercise in mental health treatment is my specialty. I feel that any type of exercise can have a significant positive impact on depression, anxiety, eating disorder, addictions, cognitive functioning, and more. I strongly encourage my client to stay motivated in exercising as I feel the body and mind are connected and treating the whole person will lead to improved quality of life.
