Hello, my name is Anastasiya and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first session typically involves obtaining life (family, job, etc.) and problem history, but we can go as slow as you need to. A lot of people have a harder time than others with sharing and I try my best to accommodate that. After gathering information, we will identify your goals - where you want your life to be in a month, six months, or a year from now. Future sessions will focus on identifying options and applying strategies you can use to meet your goals.

Clients have described me as caring, understanding, and helpful. I work diligently to identify the root cause of your challenges and create a tailored plan that leads to achievable progress.
