I hold a degree in Social Work with a minor in Psychology from the University of Dayton and a master’s in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago. My commitment to ongoing education keeps me fascinated by the brain’s intricacies and continuously enhances my practice.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

.You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. I provide a space to explore whatever comes your way. Compassion, humor, and vulnerability are the foundation for lasting change. I’ve guided people through addiction, complex medical situations, terminal illness, chronic medical/mental illness, and trauma. Helping people navigate life’s transitions is the core of my practice.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I believe we are born with what we need to succeed; it’s about being willing to dive deep. I’m passionate about helping people recognize and embrace their strengths and hope. Seeking guidance takes courage, truth, and vulnerability.
