Hello! I’m a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) out of Texas. I have worked in behavioral health services for 8 years, primarily individual and group therapy for the past 3 years. I received my masters degree from The University of Texas at Arlington. I really enjoy helping people recognize their strength and potential to make the changes they want and feel like the best version of themselves.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

The first therapy session will likely be different than active treatment as we will spend time getting to know one another and collecting information. We will look at what is happening here and now, I will gather important information about your background and current situation. Together we can identify and prioritize issues and collaborate on healthy goals you can maintain.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I have worked with people of all ages on an inpatient and outpatient basis and found that everyone wants to be heard. Having a safe space to realize and share our thoughts and feelings without judgement is crucial to moving in a positive direction.

Describe the client(s) you are best positioned to serve.

I love working with people who are willing to make the most of their situations despite adversity and challenges. If you are questioning your path, unsure where to start or just outright scared to make change - you are right where you need to be! We can work together to find improvement in your daily life and make informed decisions about where you want to go and how to get there. You are not alone and you are strong!
