Hi! I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) based in California. I received my Masters from the University of California, San Francisco and have been practicing for 5 years. I help adults struggling with trauma and grief find meaning and grow from their life experiences. I provide medication management, as well as psychotherapy to clients from many different backgrounds and situations. I rarely prescribe stimulants or benzodiazepines to my patients, and only after working together for a lengthy amount of time will I submit documentation on your behalf.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, followed by an indepth interview so I can get to know more about you and your goals. We will then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help us to decide together how best to create a tailored plan for you to begin the process of improving how you think and feel.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Having worked with adults with trauma for the past 7 years, I've developed a tried-and-true playbook for helping you (a) identify the root cause of your challenges and (b) create a tailored plan that leads to measurable progress.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I love working with clients who are motivated to do whatever it takes to feel better. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their lives. If you are ready to learn, grow, and make changes for a better life, I'm here to walk with you.
