I enjoy helping individuals, couples, and families strengthen their relationships and achieve their goals. I have an integrated counseling approach, based primarily in cognitive-behavioral therapy, with couples and family counseling influenced by team research. I offer a warm and empathetic environment, while empowering you. (Office appointments available in Orlando and teletherapy throughout Florida.) With a focus on internal and relational dynamics, clients are supported in sharing openly, finding clarity in their needs and goals, and then working together in a iterative process to establish practical and successful steps forward. Our first session will include a brief history, identifying goals, and the beginning of our discussions on how to work toward those goals.
