Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started! Call or email to schedule your life changing appointment today!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session we will get acquainted and talk about the challenges you are facing.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Taking the first step towards therapy can be overwhelming.....it requires finding a space where you can truly feel safe and understood. As a therapist, my goal is to create a supportive safe environment while also challenging my clients to work towards their goals during....and .... in between sessions while also building the confidence to succeed.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in sessions. Together we can explore what challenges you have in your life and what tools to use to overcome those challenges. With CBT, we'll look at how your thoughts affect your emotions and experience. In sessions, we can look at ways to re-direct negative thoughts to push for positive outcomes.

Eclectic

A therapy approach that draws the most relevant techniques from other evidence-based therapy approaches together for a more effective... individualized treatment plan.

Mindfulness-Based Therapy

A modified form of cognitive therapy that includes mindfulness practices that bring attention to breathing exercises....meditation.....and present moment awareness.
