(she/her)
I’m a proud Bay Area native, raised in Silicon Valley, with a background shaped by a family in military and law enforcement. My personal journey includes overcoming challenges as a teen mom and navigating domestic violence, which has fueled my passion for helping others. I hold a Bachelor's in Psychology from San Jose State University and a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University. My career spans diverse roles, from providing therapy to law enforcement families to working with individuals facing eating disorders, addictions, chronic homelessness, and psychiatric crises.
This is where we connect and explore each other’s approach. We’ll discuss your reasons for seeking therapy, any strategies you've tried in the past, and collaborate on how we can work together to help you get back on track and move forward.
Listening. “This is the problem with dealing with someone who is actually a good listener. They don’t jump in on your sentences, saving you from actually finishing them, or talk over you, allowing what you do manage to get out to be lost or altered in transit. Instead, they wait, so you have to keep going.” ― Sarah Dessen, Just Listen
