Latoya Davis is the CEO of Social Network Mental Health. This agency encompasses 5 providers with over than 20 years of experience. We work with most mental health diagnosis including children and adults through In-person and Telehealth. We will walk alongside you, children, and family to ensure there is a decrease in your mental health symptoms through various approaches. The areas of expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Bereavement, Military and Veteran support, PTSD, Intimate and Romantic relationships, Stress, Suicidal ideation and self-harming, Trauma, and Adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health. I hold a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) and am a Licensed Certified Social Worker-Clinical. My therapeutic philosophy is rooted in the belief that we will work together collaboratively to decrease symptoms related to each mental health diagnosis using evidence-based modalities within different treatment approaches . Experienced in various therapeutic approaches, including Art therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). Each treatment approaches are tailored to each individual's needs, ensuring that you receive the most effective care possible.

The treatment methods and tools I utilize

Our treatment approaches are tailored to each individual need. At the beginning of each session, I will use a Client-centered approach to check in, and then we will filter through other modalities based on your mental health symptoms. I am experienced in working with Art therapy, Play therapy, CBT, Solution Focused, Narrative Therapy, DBT, and TF-CBT.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

Our biggest strengths include building an authentic relationship with each client so that they can feel vulnerable and ensure that they can be true to themselves while receiving care. Each session I want each client to know that the time is for them and that we can process, solve, and treat each stressor or symptom together.
