My name is Molly Giannotta and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Florida. I had a graduate degree from Stetson University and a certification in Play Therapy. I work from a person centered orientation and utilize skills such as CBT, ACT, Play Therapy, DBT techniques and trauma informed care.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

In our first session, we will go over a lot of background information--- the who you are and what your experience has been. In addition, we will work on building rapport and discussing the expectations for our time.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

One of the biggest complements I have received about my counseling style is that clients feel like we have known each other a long time, despite it being a short relationship. Clients have shared that I provide a warm, safe environment where they can process thoughts and feelings and that I offer helpful insight and tools for their needs.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

I enjoy working with clients who are willing to open up and explore new techniques. They may struggle and have difficulty utilizing tools but are willing to address this in session and try new things.
