I am well versed with 20 years experience in the Healthcare industry to provide evidence based quality care. I am non judgmental and treat all patients with respect , empathy and honesty. I have a holistic approach. I feel it is essential to form a partnership alliance with my patients' compassionate care to optimize their wellness based on trust and always with my patient’s wishes and goals in mind.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

I empower my patients to be able to manage their mental health, either through medication alone, with therapy or with different modalities, including diet and exercise. I provide evaluation, medication management, health education/coaching.

I have experienced in general adult psychiatry and treat all mood and psychotic disorders including Depression, Anxiety, OCD, ADHD, Substance use disorder, ,Bipolar, Schizophrenia, Schizoaffective disorder, PTSD, Insomnia in the comfort of your home or a place that feels relaxing to you.
