My treatment methods

Person-centered (Rogerian)

For the past 3 years, I have been using a person-centered approach. Person-centered is an approach that I learned while in my Masters program. It was an approach that was practiced and displayed time and time again in front of professors, to pass the program. It has been used with many different clients, struggling with many different symptoms.

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

This treatment method is another approach that was taught in my Masters program and one I continue to get training on each year. This approach is meant to help individuals challenge thoughts and change behaviors that come with those thoughts.

Dialectical Behavior (DBT)

This treatment method is an approach I learned a couple years ago. Since learning this approach, it has helped many clients experiencing distress.

Trauma Informed Care

This treatment method is an approach that I have been certified in for a couple years. Many clients have undergone some type of trauma and this approach helps process and cope with the ways that trauma reappears in their current lives.

Exposure Response Prevention (ERP)

This treatment method is an approach that I became certified in a year ago. This approach has helped many clients get comfortable with the uncomfortable.
