I'm here to provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can be unapologetically you. Together, we will manage overwhelming stress, overcome unexpected changes, and dial down those big emotions. I'll explain how the therapeutic process works and answer any questions you may have during our time together. We'll explore your background, including family history and past experiences. Getting to know you will allow me to gain a better understanding of your unique situation so I can tailor our sessions to best meet your needs. Overall, the focus is on creating a comfortable and supportive environment where you can feel confident in working through the challenges you're experiencing.

My biggest strengths as a mental health provider are my ability to provide genuine empathy and compassion. I really connect with my clients on an emotional level. My goal is to understand where you're coming from without any judgment and create a safe space where you can share about your struggles. Every client is unique, and I respect that diversity. Whether it's cultural background, personal beliefs, or life experiences, I make sure to approach each client with an open mind and a willingness to learn from them. I see therapy as a partnership.
