I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in California with 18 years of professional experience. In our sessions, you’ll have a supportive space to explore what matters most to you, uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and discover new possibilities for growth. Whether you’re feeling stuck, facing a major life transition, or navigating the complexities of adult life, I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll work to find practical strategies, strengthen your resilience, and move toward a more grounded and fulfilling life.
In our first session, we’ll begin by talking about what brings you in and what you’re hoping to get out of therapy. You’ll have space to share what feels most important, at your own pace, and I’ll ask questions to help us start understanding the challenges you’re facing and the goals you’d like to work toward. This is also a chance for you to get a feel for how I work and to ask any questions you have. My goal is to create a space where you feel supported, understood, and empowered to begin making meaningful, lasting changes in your life.
My greatest strengths lie in creating a safe, authentic, and collaborative space where clients feel truly seen and supported. I bring warmth, compassion, and a practical mindset to the therapeutic process, helping clients navigate change with greater self-acceptance and resilience. Rooted in a strengths-based approach, my work is guided by deep respect for each person’s unique journey. Whether we’re uncovering patterns, building on what’s already working, or finding clarity in the midst of transition, I meet clients where they are—with empathy, insight, and just the right dose of humor.
I’m especially well-suited to support adults who are navigating life transitions—whether it’s a shift in career, relationships, identity, or stage of life. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about what’s next, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and realign. Together, we’ll focus on what truly matters to you, build on your strengths, and work through challenges with compassion and clarity. I help clients move through periods of change with greater resilience, self-acceptance, and a renewed sense of direction.
In our sessions, we’ll explore your resilience, values, and lived experiences, using them as the foundation for healing and change. I take a collaborative, strengths-based approach that affirms all aspects of who you are, including identities or parts of your story that may have been overlooked or misunderstood. Rather than focusing solely on what’s not working, we’ll build from what is, so that you can move forward with more clarity, confidence, and connection to yourself.
I believe that meaningful change happens within the safety of a genuine, collaborative relationship. In our work together, you'll have space to show up fully and be met with warmth, honesty, and respect. We’ll explore how your relationships—past and present—have shaped the way you see yourself and connect with others. By noticing patterns that no longer serve you and nurturing greater self-acceptance, we’ll support your growth in creating more authentic, fulfilling connections. I bring my full self to the work—grounded, compassionate, and human—so that our relationship can become a foundation for healing, trust, and emotional insight.
When stress, anxiety, or self-doubt start to take over, CBT can offer concrete tools to help you regain clarity and balance. In our sessions, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are connected—and gently challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I take a thoughtful, collaborative approach to CBT, blending practical skills with space for reflection and emotional insight. My goal isn’t just symptom relief, but helping you understand yourself more fully and build habits that support your long-term well-being. Together, we’ll work toward change that feels both achievable and aligned with your values.
I work with many people who are harder on themselves than anyone else could ever be. If that sounds familiar, Compassion-Focused Therapy offers a way to shift how you relate to yourself—from criticism to care. In our work together, we’ll explore the roots of self-judgment, and begin to cultivate a more kind, understanding, and supportive inner voice. You’ll learn how to soothe your nervous system, hold difficult emotions with more balance, and build a more caring relationship with yourself—one rooted in understanding, rather than judgment.
