As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide my clients with a safe space to work through their challenges and express their emotions in a healthy way. I work with those who want to build their self-confidence and create a happier life for themselves. I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Temple University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I have experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment, halfway houses, mobile therapy, and outpatient therapy. While I enjoy working with those of all ages, my passion is working with adolescents, and those struggling with a history of anxiety and addiction. As everyone is different in their own way, I utilize a person-centered approach to meet each individual where they are. I enjoy utilizing goal setting to help each individual measure their progress and feel accomplished. I look forward to working with you!

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session together, we will learn more about each other and what you hope to gain from being in therapy as well as what your expectations are moving forward. We will go over the questions Grow has prompted you with in order to elaborate more and make sure the information is correct. We will then discuss what your goals are for therapy.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

Having worked in the field for the past 5 years, I feel that I have developed the ability to be a listening ear to those who need it as well as be there to help guide others in reaching their goals. I enjoy helping others to find their strengths identify how we can use these strengths to help cope with mental health.
