I provide non-judgemental and subjective feedback to clients who may have emotional, behavioral and mental health disorders. My keen understanding of diverse backgrounds allows me to be highly responsive to a client's individual needs and circumstances. I am also very passionate about staying current with the latest evidence-based research and techniques which may be able to benefit my clients. Building a strong rapport with my clients is of the utmost importance, allowing me to accurately assess and treat my client's emotional/mental health needs. Looking forward to hearing from you from the comfort of your home wherever that may be. Please know that it's all about you. Feel free to bring your furry companion if you like. My poodle Lily will soon be certified as a therapy dog. You can get to know her a bit at our consult meeting if you like or ahead of meeting at Poodle Lily 5633 youtube shorts. .

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

My clients can take away that I will be present with them in every single session and give them my undivided attention. I will be working along side them to help them to the very best of my ability. They can rest assured that they will never be judged and what they discuss with me will stay safely with me.

What treatment methods and tools do you utilize?

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is an approach to therapy that helps clients identify their emotions, learn to explore and experience them, to understand them and then to manage them. Person-centered therapy uses a non-authoritative approach that allows clients to take more of a lead in discussions so that, in the process, they will discover their own solutions. Mindfulness-Based (MBCT) For clients with chronic pain, hypertension, heart disease, cancer, and other health issues such as anxiety and depression, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, or MBCT, is a two-part therapy that aims to reduce stress, manage pain, and embrace the freedom to respond to situations by choice.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My areas of specialty include Anxiety, Depression, Trauma/PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Autism Spectrum, ADHD, Oppositional Defiance Disorder and Disruptive Mood Dysregulation, I apply various treatment modalities and approaches depending upon the need of the client. Strength-based therapy is a type of positive psychotherapy and counseling that focuses more on your internal strengths and resourcefulness, and less on weaknesses, failures, and shortcomings I used many more and it is dependent upon the person sitting in front of me and what they feel comfortable with and feel will best help them.
