Greetings. I am Oliver M. Williams. Are you struggling to make sense of the life circumstances that cause you to feel stuck? Or, do you desire to create a life for yourself that is reflective of you being your highest good? I enjoy using my high energy, compassionate, four decades of behavioral health experience to assist you in becoming greater than your circumstances. My approach is eclectic, utilizing numerous evidence based strategies along with a firm application of the creative process necessary to navigate the change and transformation process. I am a self published author of three books. Additionally, I write short articles related to specific topics important in pursuing personal development that I am happy to share with you. If you are interested in addressing issues that stop you from being your greatest possibility, we'll work together to overcome any challenges that stop you from having the life you desire.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

After the first session, clients feel understood, outrageously supported and are comfortable with being treated as a person who is valued. Clients also feel hopeful in knowing that I have techniques and resources for them to transcend into the best version of themselves.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

My biggest strength is a firm understanding of how relatedness, possibility, opportunity, action, and the completion of an experience creates a new story for you. Through the power of the connection that I have with you, we are able to work together for you to become comfortable creating the life you choose.

My treatment methods

Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

My use of CBT is instrumental and effective for clients who tend to be in the spiral of over thinking. A key component involves understanding the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Thought observation is a key player how CBT can be effectively used.
