Welcome. I believe healing begins when we listen to the ways our bodies and minds communicate through symptoms, whether it’s anxiety, exhaustion, or disconnection. My style is warm, relational, and grounded in both depth psychology and practical tools for change. Experience Over two decades of guiding clients through trauma, stress, and disconnection. I bring more than twenty years of clinical experience as a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist. My background includes leadership as Chief Clinical Officer at Reconnect Integrative Trauma Treatment Center, direct clinical work and program development at Passages Malibu, and specialized treatment of eating disorders at Bella Vita Treatment Center. Across these settings, I strengthened my ability to recognize how the body and mind express distress through symptoms and how those symptoms can become pathways to healing and resilience. Education Ph.D. and M.A. in Clinical Psychology, specializing in trauma and resilience. I hold a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with an emphasis in Integrative Therapy and Healing Practices from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where my doctoral research explored technology’s impact on identity and connection, as well as an M.A. in Clinical Psychology with a specialization in Conflict-Related and Other Trauma from Antioch University Los Angeles. Advanced Training Extensive training in evidence-based and integrative trauma treatments. My clinical training includes evidence-based and integrative models such as Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, Janina Fischer’s TIST model, the Reconnect Integrative Trauma Treatment Model (RITTM), and certification as a Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II).
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you and what brings you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share your story at your own pace, while also asking questions to better understand your symptoms, life experiences, and goals. Together we’ll begin to explore how your symptoms may be sending messages about what needs healing. You’ll leave with a sense of how therapy works, what to expect in our time together, and some first steps toward relief and balance.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
My greatest strengths My greatest strengths are my ability to create a safe, grounded space and to listen deeply to both what is said and what is unspoken. With over two decades of experience, I bring clinical expertise in trauma, attachment, and the impact of digital stress, while also helping clients see symptoms as meaningful messages that can guide healing and growth. What stands out about my therapeutic approach What stands out about my approach is the integration of depth psychology with practical, evidence-based methods. I help clients not only reduce symptoms of trauma, anxiety, or digital overwhelm but also uncover the deeper patterns shaping their struggles. The result is therapy that goes beyond surface symptom relief to foster resilience, healthier relationships, and lasting transformation.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
I help individuals, couples, and families navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, digital stress, or unhealthy relationship patterns. I view symptoms not as problems to silence but as messages pointing toward what needs healing, and I help clients use those signals to foster resilience, balance, and deeper self-understanding.
Integrative
Approach I believe our bodies and minds express what words sometimes cannot, whether through symptoms, emotions, or patterns in relationships. My approach is deeply relational and client-centered, blending depth psychology, trauma-focused care, and somatic practices with integrative modalities. I draw on the Reconnect Integrative Trauma Treatment Model (RITTM), attachment-centered therapy, Brainspotting, DBT, mindfulness practices, psychoeducation, and somatic awareness. I also incorporate digital wellbeing and trauma resourcing to support clients in today’s fast-paced, tech-driven world. I work with adults, teens, couples, and families, addressing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, dissociation, relationship challenges, parenting and digital stress. Believing that healing begins when we feel truly seen and supported, I create a safe space where clients can explore their past, connect with inner resources, and move toward lasting change. Clients often leave therapy with a deeper connection to themselves, a renewed sense of purpose, and practical tools to navigate life with greater clarity and resilience. Above all, my goal is to help clients transform their symptoms into opportunities for healing, growth, and a more connected life.
Attachment-based
My therapeutic approach is rooted in attachment theory, the understanding that our earliest bonds shape how we relate to ourselves and others throughout life. I help clients recognize how patterns of safety, trust, or disconnection formed in early relationships continue to show up in present struggles, whether in trauma symptoms, anxiety, or digital stress. In therapy, we work within a secure and supportive relationship to repair these patterns, fostering healthier connections, greater emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self.
Jungian
My therapeutic approach is grounded in depth psychology, drawing on Jungian perspectives that see symptoms and struggles as meaningful messages from the unconscious. This approach can offer a path to a deeper understanding of a world often obsessed with superficial images and transactional connections. I help clients explore the deeper layers of their psyche, including dreams, symbols, and patterns that shape their lives. By engaging these inner dynamics, therapy becomes more than symptom relief; it opens a path toward self-understanding, balance, and transformation.
