I am a psychotherapist with 20+ years of experience in psychotherapy. My background includes working in school settings, inpatient psychiatric hospitals, and outpatient clinics. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment that allows clients to explore obstacles with concerns related to anxiety, depression, and/or self-care. I focus on helping clients develop assertive communication & boundaries with themselves and those around them that can help improve their quality of life. Counseling can foster personal development in whatever way you may be seeking and help build the life you so deeply deserve. If that's what you're looking for, I'm here when you're ready to share.

What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you?

In our first session you can expect to find a space that create a safe environment for you to share your thoughts and emotions freely. Together, we'll begin to explore different parts of yourself, focusing on processing and releasing any trauma you’ve experienced. You’ll also learn techniques to let go of self-judgment, allowing space for healing and growth. Most importantly, this session will be the start of building a meaningful connection and establishing a path toward deeper self-awareness and personal transformation.

Explain to clients what areas you feel are your biggest strengths.

I feel my greatest strengths include creating a safe and non-judgmental space for clients to explore their emotions, fostering strong therapeutic rapport, and utilizing evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual's unique needs. I excel in active listening, empathy, and helping clients develop practical coping strategies. Additionally, I am committed to ongoing professional development, ensuring that I stay informed of the latest advancements in therapy techniques to provide the highest level of care.
